One man was arrested after a cyclist was critically injured in a collision on eastbound Carling Avenue near Kirkwood Avenue Thursday afternoon. Police have closed Carling eastbound just past the Queensway on ramp while they investigate the collision, which occurred at about 2:30 p.m.
