The Canada Army Run is ready for its fifth anniversary with new medals, more participants and a new date — one that doesn’t conflict with the Terry Fox Run. The run will be held in Ottawa on Sept. 23, a week later than previous years when the popular run was accused of drawing competitors away from the Terry Fox Run. The new date also ends previous conflicts with the commemoration of Battle of Britain Sunday.
